Meet the Owners

Dave Seibel

My wife and I started Cozy Cabins just a few years after marriage. We have been blessed with over 25 years of marriage and five children.

Our family lives in a log home (surprise!) that we had built during a time when our company was in the business of building children’s playhouses and small camping/hunting cabins. Little did we know, we would eventually be building homes to fulfill other families’ dreams!

We are Bible-believing Christians, and are part of a conservative Mennonite church. We wish to honor Christ with both our personal lives and the way we conduct our business. It has been a great blessing to have our home and factory located in Lancaster County PA, where we are amidst a great community of honest and trustworthy individuals. This has allowed us to surround ourselves with a great team of hardworking employees that really care about their work.

Looking at where we are today, and how we got here, clearly God was in control at all times, leading us in directions we never anticipated. We don’t know what the future holds, but we know who holds the future!

Dean Zimmerman

I’ve been married to the love of my life for 17 years, and we’ve been blessed with six children.

I’ve been part of the Cozy Cabins team for over 20 years, filling various roles from factory production, to cabin installations, architectural design, and sales. As our cabins began to grow in size, my passion was to develop them into homes, and I’ve really enjoyed being a part of this transition.

I love meeting with folks and customizing our designs to fit each of their needs. I became a company partner in 2024, and I look forward to serving our customers and employees, with God’s help.
