“My day consists of answering the phone, purchasing building materials and generally taking care of various things that come up on day-to-day basis. I also do the site checks if the customer is concerned about getting their home to its final location.”
In your opinion what is a “must have” option in a Cozy Cabin?
“I feel the Log corner option enhances the Log exterior appearance. On the inside, the Elite kitchen cabinets in Natural Hickory goes well with the pine walls. The option of upgrading to quartz counter tops adds an even higher quality feel to your home. For myself, I like the tiled shower upgrade in the master bath. After putting one in my own house, I wouldn’t go back to the standard shower.”
“I take care of the wholesale quoting by designing floor plans, and pricing them for the dealers that we have throughout the northeast. I also am our in-house photographer and videographer, which allows us create content for us to market to new customers.”
In your opinion what is a “must have” option in a Cozy Cabin?
“Under-cabinet lighting is a must so you don’t have any dark corners on your countertop.”
“I take customized floor plans and turn them into a complete set of construction drawings. Once a customer gives the go-ahead, I coordinate plans with engineering and code review, and oversee any revisions as needed along the way. I enjoy taking an idea from the drawing board and helping turn it into a cabin that can become a reality.”
In your opinion, what is a “must-have” option in a Cozy Cabin?
“I think two things are a must-have: a timber-frame porch and LP SmartSide siding. A timber-frame porch adds character and gives the cabin that classic, substantial look that really makes it stand out. LP siding is a great complement because it provides the durability and low-maintenance performance you want in a home that’s built to last.”
“I do preliminary drawings, taking them form a custom floor plan to a set of drawings that are ready to be engineered and stamped. I also help out with installing tile when needed.”
In your opinion what is a “must have” option in a Cozy Cabin?
“A tile shower and heated tile floor are great upgrades that can accent your style. Also, an elite kitchen with staggered height cabinets, a tile backsplash, and under cabinet lighting creates the ultimate kitchen.”

In your opinion what is a “must have” option in a Cozy Cabin?
” I have a few must haves. Under cabinet lighting, tile back splash in the kitchen, and stained trim to really dress up the interior. As well as Log Corners on the exterior to complete the log look and dormers on the 2 story models.“
